In partnership with Korkola Design, a strategic website and branding firm, the Muncipality has developed a web communication portal designed to meet YOUR needs. Attracting Investment to Oliver Paipoonge!
The Municipality has received funding from the Ontario Government through the Northern Communities Investment Readiness (NCIR) program to attract new investors and strengthen the local economy. To better prepare ourselves for investment, three projects will be undertaken and completed by March 31, 2011. They are as follows:
- Asset Inventory
- Market Study
- Gap Analysis

Strategic Plan
The Oliver Paipoonge Strategic Economic Development Plan was created in 2001. An updated version is expected to be completed by the end of 2011.
