Administration

The administrative department provides:

  • General information to the public regarding municipal operation
  • Preparation and management of all corporate records; policies and procedures; agendas, minutes and by-laws for all meetings of Council as well as public meetings and special meetings as directed
  • Acts as a resource to Council, Senior and Departmental Management as well as the public
  • Commissioner of Oaths

Within the administration department is the Chief Administrative Officer and Deputy Clerk.
